When you think of your family… do you smile or shudder?
One of the biggest things I’m coaching clients around it letting go of what no longer works for us. What are the thoughts, feelings or emotions that are constantly running through our mind that if we were now able to end, could provide so much more ease for us?

What I know for sure… our point of view creates our reality. And gratitude for what is working and going well tells the Universe that I’m open to “more of that please!”.
