Are you in training for life?
Yesterday and today I rocked out another one of those tough yet fabulous boot camp workouts. I looked at the clock- hoping that I would see just 3 minutes remaining of this ass kicking adventure. I let out a big “ughhh” when I saw there were 20+ minutes remaining.
It felt HARD.
I was out of breath.
I wanted to stop.
I wanted to distract my trainer
so he wouldn’t notice I wasn’t doing anything
– except catching my breath ;).
It took a lot to keep going. And- it feels rewarding when I do. It feels really rewarding to be pushing myself and testing my limits.
In your life, where are you looking at the clock?
